By accessing or using MidlandsEVHub(“the Site”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. About the Site
MidlandsEVHub is an independent directory of EV charger installers. We do not install chargers, supply equipment, or act as a broker. We facilitate connections between consumers and third-party installation businesses.
2. Accuracy of Listings
Installer information is sourced from publicly available data and enriched by our team. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee completeness, currency, or fitness for a particular purpose. Always verify accreditations directly with the installer before commissioning work.
3. Lead Enquiries
When you submit an enquiry via the Site, we may share your contact details with one or more installers relevant to your query. We are not party to any contract formed between you and an installer and accept no liability for the quality of work performed.
4. Intellectual Property
All original content on the Site, including copy, design, and code, is the intellectual property of MidlandsEVHub. Installer names, logos, and descriptions remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site without written permission
- Submit false or misleading lead enquiries
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable UK law
6. Advertising
The Site displays advertisements via Google AdSense. These are clearly labelled. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MidlandsEVHub excludes all liability for direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any installer listed herein.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
